| So, Basically this is what the tool does. It is a Simple Application. that it allows you to download all the PS3 Firmwares or the one of your choosing. once you click on what firmware( v1.10-3.55 ) it will take you to a download page. and you download the firmware. I know, this isnt a very affective tool, but it could come in handy..
